Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Basic Obedience Private Sessions:

Payment for basic private lessons is due one week prior to the lesson. If payment for the private lesson is not given a week prior lesson(s) will be removed from the schedule. You must provide 7 calendar days (1 week) notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment with no penalty. Cancellations made 24 (1 day) prior or less, or nonattendance to an appointment will result in the full amount of the session being charged. Cancellations due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy for Behavior Modification lessons:

We require half of your package payment due at the time of booking. The other half of the package is due one week prior to the first scheduled lesson. You must provide 7 calendar days (1 week) notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment with no penalty. Cancellations made 24 (1 day) prior or less, or nonattendance to an appointment will result in the full amount of the session being charged. Cancellations due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Cancellation Policy for Group Classes:

You must contact us at least 7 days (1 week) prior to the start date of your class to receive a full refund for any of our group classes. Cancellations made within 7 days (1 week) of the beginning of the class will be refunded the amount paid minus the deposit for the class. No refunds will be provided after the start date of the class.

Cancellation Policy for Day School Training:

You must contact us at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to the day of school you need to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel without 24 hours (1 day) notice we will charge for the dog school day or remove one credit in your package. We understand that cancellations need to be made due to emergencies and those will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy for Walk and Trains:

You must contact us at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to the walk you need to reschedule or cancel. If you cancel without 24 hours (1 day) notice we will charge for the walk and train session or remove one credit in your package. We understand that cancellations need to be made due to emergencies and those will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
