Cancellation Policy

Cancellations regarding Private Sessions:

All private training sessions require a $50 deposit to be paid at the time of scheduling. You must provide 7 calendar days (1 week) notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to have your deposit refunded. Cancellations made 24 (1 day) prior or less, or nonattendance to an appointment will result in the full amount of the session being charged to the card we have on file. All cancellation fees must be paid in full before the next session is scheduled. Cancellations due to emergencies will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

Group class cancellation policy:

You must contact us at least 7 days (1 week) prior to the start date of your class to receive a full refund for any of our group classes. Cancellations made within 7 days (1 week) of the beginning of the class will be refunded the amount paid minus the deposit for the class. No refunds will be provided after the start date of the class.
