High Expectations has been working with me over the past year to navigate raising a well adjusted puppy. I have worked with most of the trainers and feel confident taking my pup out into all environments. Katie has great instincts for working with all dogs and people as well. Her staff is filled with knowledgable, helpful, and good spirited people who are always friendly and welcoming. Brooke is amazing taking care of the administrative needs of the clients. I feel perfectly capable of eventually getting another puppy knowing they will be there to help. 10 stars!

Trainers are very kind and willing to answer lots of questions. In group settings, they are very thoughtful of the dynamics between the different dogs to allow more reactive dogs to feel safe and minimizing class disruptions for less reactive dogs.
I love that it is a low pressure environment, but still offering many options to add complexity if we choose. It allows us to set our own pace and be as rigid or lax in our training as we choose, or to give our pup extra challenges.
We have a dog that needs to be constantly challenged, so we have done a combination of behavior classes and "fun" classes (agility/tricks) and all have been great experiences. If we say it's "time for school" our dog perks up and sprints for the door, so she clearly loves her time there!

We are absolutely loving our experience with High Expectations so far! My baby Ranger is doing their puppy class and puppy day school and I feel like he's getting such a leg up on socialization and training beyond what I could ever provide on my own. Also, he has never slept as good as he did after coming home from class! Can't wait to continue his training with these wonderful gals 🥰

We had our first Manners Class this past week. Our Mitzy is already better for it. The instructor was so attentive and knowledgeable. We feel we are in good hands.

My puppy loves going to school and manners classes here. She loves all her teachers and trainers. I’ve been told by everyone how well mannered she is.

So glad we found this place! We are in the puppy manners class with the trainer, Lucy. She is an absolutely fantastic trainer. Not only does she teach in a style that is fun and informative, she also sends a follow up email after class with detailed info on what we practiced in class and ongoing homework. We love that HeDog training offers such extensive training classes and plan on continuing Roy’s education so we can have a well behaved, well socialized good boy.

Katie is great. She helped us in 2015 with our two min pins and some anxiety issues that made it hard to walk the dogs together; one session with her helped us help them. Now we have a female German Shepherd, great dog lots of energy and we turned to Katie and her staff to help us once again!

I love this place and wish we could go more often! Our pup gets so excited and always learns valuable behavior skills. I also find she listens better when we're regularly attending a class. Highly recommend high expectations!

I've owned many dogs over the past few years and have worked closely with them my whole life. I don't really have enough good things to say about High Expectations and Hailey in particular. We recently adopted our fourth dog, a border collie mix, who has more energy and tenacity than any other herding dog I've owned. Through their puppy day school and training classes he has become such an amazing and attentive dog. I love how all the trainers seem to know him and working with them and Brooke has been such a breeze. Whenever I have specific questions, they always have helpful answers and truly care about your pup and the work they do. So happy we found them!

I have only been through one class so far and Hailey has impressed me 100 times over and the training is over the top professional and it exceeds my expectations. I will recommend them to everyone. This is a wonderful family with talented and caring trainers. Every time we've had questions, they've offered practical advice. Classes are structured to progress naturally for your pup and you (which is important, you're both getting trained!) plus they're just fun.
